General recommendations
- For working in comfortable conditions we recommend a monitor with a resolution greater than 1 Mega Pixels and wider than 1280 pixels.
- Only versions 2019.x and above have been notarized in order to run on MacOS 10.15 (Catalina).
- On CentOS 7.5 or older, the application may not start because of library dependency issues (FT_Get_Font_Format error). We recommend updating the system or installing the following library.
- Remote Desktop connection is possible if an OpenGL 3.3 context is available. It will work on Nvidia Quadro but not on Nvidia GeForce because it provides only an OpenGL 1.4 context. If this is an issue, we recommend using alternative solutions such as VNC/Teamviewer.
- Steam version users should disable the Steam Overlay for Designer, as it may cause performance issues when active.

TDR (Windows only)
For the best overall stability while performing heavy computations on the GPU – e.g. rendering complex graphs, rendering in the 3D View, exporting a scene from the 3D View, etc. – it is strongly recommended to make sure the Timeout Detection and Recovery (TDR) match the recommended values in this page of our documentation.

- Only versions 0.8.x and above have been notarized in order to run on MacOS 10.15 (Catalina).
- On CentOS 7.5 or older, the application may not start because of library dependency issues (FT_Get_Font_Format error). We recommend updating the system or installing the following library.The Remote Desktop connection is possible if an OpenGL 3.3 context is available. Image to Material (AI-Powered) and Delighter
The image Delighter is only available under the following configuration:
- Windows (version 10 minimum) and Linux
- GPU with more than 2GB of VRAM
- GPU compatible with Nvidia CUDA version 11 and CUDA capabilities >= 3,5

3D CAPTURE HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
The 3D Capture is available on Windows and MacOS Monterey or Ventura.
Windows
We recommend:
- GPU with 8Gb of VRAM
- 16Gb of RAM. Ideally 32Gb and 64Gb.
- Minimum of 10Gb of disc space.
macOS
- Apple Silicon devices are strongly recommended (M1 or M2)
- Intel-based and AMD GPU with at least 4Gb of VRAM and raytracing support

To get good performance when using the UV Tile workflow we advise to use:
- 32GB of RAM
- GPU with 8GB of VRAM
- SSD to store both project and application cache.
Miscellaneous:
- For working in comfortable conditions we recommend a monitor with a resolution greater than 1 Mega Pixels and wider than 1280 pixels.
- Exporting at 8K (8192*8192 pixels) requires a GPU with more than 2GB of VRam.
- Only versions 2019.x and above have been notarized in order to run on MacOS 10.15 (Catalina).
- On CentOS 7.5 or older, the application may not start because of a library dependency issues (FT_Get_Font_Format error). We recommend updating the system or installing the following library .
- To use the software via RDP (Remote Desktop) see the dedicated documentation page.
- Crash on Ryzen CPU when baking, can be fixed by updating the BIOS.

GPU Raytracing for Baking
To enable GPU Raytracing via Optix or DXR the drivers recommended above must be installed.
DXR requires the following minimum configuration :

Apple ARM (M1) support
Stager supports Apple ARM (M1) devices in emulation mode only. Emulation mode may impact the performance of the application.
We do not currently have a release date for native support.

Please note that the above GPU requirements are general. Because of the vast amount of devices that exist, Adobe is unable to test all hardware. This specific list of hardware is added as we test specific devices while the above requirements are general.

There is currently a known issue with AMD Radeon RX 6000 Series GPUs that stops Stager working correctly. We are working with AMD to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
