System Requirements
The current release of Crystal Ball can run on supported 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) versions of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Excel.
The following bit-level compatibilities apply:
- 32-bit levels of Crystal Ball products must be used with 32-bit Microsoft Excel and Windows on 32-bit computers.
- 32-bit Crystal Ball can be used in emulation mode with 32-bit Microsoft Excel on 64-bit computers using all of the 64-bit Crystal Ball platforms .
When running in 32-bit emulation mode, Crystal Ball has the same 1–1.5 GB memory limitations encountered when running on 32-bit Microsoft Windows operating systems. Other 32-bit limitations also apply. - 64-bit Crystal Ball is compatible with 64-bit versions of Microsoft Excel and Windows.
