i. Developer License

GRANT OF DEVELOPMENT
A Developer License grants to you one (1) personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive, royalty-free Developer license to make and use copies of THE PRODUCT and install it on any number of your own computers to design, develop and test any number of Derived Work. At no time may THE PRODUCT be used by individuals other than you for development purposes, nor may THE PRODUCT be distributed for use with other than those developed by you. 

GRANT OF DEPLOYMENT
A Developer License allows royalty-free deployment of any number of Derived Works For Internal Use Only, to one (1) Physical Location and one (1) Server Location. 

ii. OEM Developer License

    GRANT OF DEVELOPMENT
    An OEM Developer License grants to you one (1) personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive, royalty-free Developer license to make and use copies of THE PRODUCT and install it on any number of your own computers to design, develop and test any number of Derived Work. At no time may THE PRODUCT be used by individuals other than you for development purposes, nor may THE PRODUCT be distributed for use with other than those developed by you. 

    GRANT OF DEPLOYMENT
    An OEM Developer License allows royalty-free deployment of any number of Derived Work For External Distribution, to unlimited Physical Locations and unlimited Server Locations.

iii. Team License

    GRANT OF DEVELOPMENT
    A Team License grants to your Company up to five (5) personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive, royalty-free Developer licenses to make and use copies of THE PRODUCT and install it on any number of your Company's computers to design, develop and test any number of Derived Work. At no time may THE PRODUCT be used by more than five (5) Developers at the same time for development purposes, nor may THE PRODUCT be distributed for use with Derived Work  other than those developed by your Company. 

    GRANT OF DEPLOYMENT
    A Team License allows royalty-free deployment of any number of Derived Work For Internal Use Only, up to five (5) Physical Locations and five (5) Server Locations.

iv. OEM Team License

    GRANT OF DEVELOPMENT
    An OEM Team License grants to your Company up to five (5) personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive, royalty-free Developer licenses to make and use copies of THE PRODUCT and install it on any number of your Company's computers to design, develop and test any number of Derived Work. At no time may THE PRODUCT be used by more than five (5) Developers at the same time for development purposes, nor may THE PRODUCT be distributed for use with Derived Work other than those developed by your Company. 

    GRANT OF DEPLOYMENT
    An OEM Team License allows royalty-free deployment of any number of Derived Work For External Distribution, to unlimited Physical Locations and unlimited Server Locations.

v. Corporate License

    GRANT OF DEVELOPMENT
    A Corporate License grants to your Company unlimited nontransferable, nonexclusive, royalty-free Developer licenses to make and use copies of THE PRODUCT and install it on any number of your Company's computers to design, develop and test any number of Derived Work. At no time may THE PRODUCT be distributed for use with Derived Work other than those developed by your Company.

    GRANT OF DEPLOYMENT
    A Corporate License allows royalty-free deployment of any number of Derived Work For Internal Use Only, up to ten (10) Physical Locations and ten (10) Server Locations.

vi. OEM Corporate License

    GRANT OF DEVELOPMENT
    An OEM Corporate License grants to your Company unlimited nontransferable, nonexclusive, royalty-free Developer licenses to make and use copies of THE PRODUCT and install it on any number of your Company's computers to design, develop and test any number of Derived Work. At no time may THE PRODUCT be distributed for use with Derived Work other than those developed by your Company.

    GRANT OF DEPLOYMENT
    An OEM Corporate License allows royalty-free deployment of any number of Derived Work For External Distribution, to unlimited Physical Locations and unlimited Server Locations.

vii. Web App License

    DEFINITION
    A Web App is an application utilizing web and browser technologies to accomplish one or more tasks over a network such as the Internet or an intranet/extranet.

    GRANT OF DEVELOPMENT
    A Web App License grants to you or your Company a nontransferable, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to make and use copies of THE PRODUCT and install it on any number of your own computers to design, develop and test one (1) Web App. Those licenses entitled as "Unlimited" grants the aforementioned rights to Unlimited number of Web Apps. 
     
    GRANT OF DEPLOYMENT
    A Web App License allows you to deploy THE PRODUCT with one (1) single Web App. Each Web App you design or develop using THE PRODUCT requires a separate Web App License. You might have more than one Web Apps under a single domain. In this case, each Web App requires a separate license. Examples of Web Apps under a single domain are Google's Gmail, Documents, Calendar, etc. Those licenses entitled as "Unlimited" grants the aforementioned rights to Unlimited number of Web Apps.

viii. Web Server License

    GRANT OF DEPLOYMENT
    A Web Server License allows royalty-free deployment of THE PRODUCT, to one (1) Server Location. Those licenses entitled as "Unlimited" grants the aforementioned rights to Unlimited number of Server Locations.

ix. White Label License

    A WHITE LABEL LICENSE of THE PRODUCT is identical to THE PRODUCT at its core allowing you to customize THE PRODUCT with your own branding. You agree you will not rent, lease, or lend the WHITE LABEL LICENSE of THE PRODUCT as a separate product or solution to any third party.

x. Evaluation/TRIAL License

You or your Company may install and use an unlimited number of copies of THE PRODUCT on an unlimited number of machines for testing and evaluation purposes of THE PRODUCT only. Neodynamic DOES NOT PERMIT the distribution of applications compiled with the evaluation/trial version of THE PRODUCT except for demo and testing purposes. You are free to use the evaluation/trial version of THE PRODUCT for such purposes for an unlimited period of time.

This version relies on .NET Framework's System.Drawing.* classes and Microsoft states that they are not supported for use within a Windows or ASP.NET service in the CAUTION note at the end of that page.
