Quad Remesher 是個 自動四邊形模型刷新(或自動重新拓撲)技術。 是Maya以及3dmax的模型拓撲插件,現在該開發插件的人員重新創建了支持Blender,能夠在Blender中處理硬表面以及有機物體的重新拓撲。

QuadRemesher is available for:
– 3dsMax : from 3dsMax 2016 to the most recent version of 3dsMax … (verified with 2024)
– Maya : from Maya 2012 to the most recent version of Maya (verified with 2024) – not compatible with Maya LT,
– Blender: from Blender 2.8 to the newest version of Blender (verified with 2.93 LTS and from 3.0 to 4.0)
– Modo: from Modo 10 to the most recent version of modo (verified with modo 16)
– Houdini: from Houdini 17.0 to the most recent version of Houdini (verified with Houdini 19.5, py2 and py3)
– Fusion 360
– Cinema4D: from Cinema4D R14 to the most recent version of C4D (verified with C4D 2023)
(only available for existing users before C4D R26 release, see FAQ and more informations here)
NB: QR plugins are designed to be compatible with all future versions of the host softwares without upgrading.
It’s available on:

– Linux. (tested on Ubuntu and CentOS, from CentOS7.9)
As QuadRemesher is using import/export features of the software, it may not work in DEMO versions, if export/import is locked.

- It’s is a SubTool organizer:
- This plugin for ZBrush allows to hierarchically arrange and group your SubTools into folders in a dedicated window.
- Simply create, merge or delete your groups.
- Then a simple drag and drop system allows you to move and reorder your SubTools.
- It also provides the ability to work on multiple SubTools simultaneously
- The ‘Merge for Sculpt/Paint‘ feature provides a simple way to work on multiple SubTools all-as-one.
- Based on SubTool selection, It becomes easy to sculpt, paint, move, rotate, scale multiple subtools simultaneously.
- Unlike TransposeMaster, it allows to work at any subdivision level. This allows to sculpt or paint multiple SubTools at high SubD level while keeping SubD levels.
- Based on multi-SubTools selection, you will be able to easily execute actions on multiple SubTools with a single click:
- rename,
- delete, merge or duplicate,
- change visibility
- all ZBrush buttons can be applied to the selected SubTools…
- Get a quick overview of all your SubTools : (SubD level, PointCount, UVs, Polypainting, Layers, MorphTargets, Boolean flag….)
